Why is there a fee?
This is not an update. This is an upgrade. The $500 migration fee covers the technical work of rebuilding your site on new infrastructure: transferring all content, forms, SEO settings, and testing everything thoroughly. Think of it like moving your business to a better building—you're taking everything with you, but the move itself requires skilled labor. This is a one-time fee with no impact on your monthly costs.
Will you migrate platforms again?
No. This decision wasn't made lightly, and we have no plans to change platforms again.
What about the backend on the new platform? Do I need training?
The functionality stays the same with an improved interface. We'll provide full training and video tutorials.
What if something needs to change?
Migrated sites are exact replicas unless we identify an opportunity to improve functionality. We'll contact you before making any changes. If you have significant changes, you will want to consider either a templated or custom site.
